Adrianne Curry Twitters New Diet
These days, it’s pretty easy for everyone to know what their favorite celebrities are up to, especially with the social networking site Twitter. And thankfully, we can apply some good celeb advice from what we read. Just a few short hours ago, model and actress Adrianne Curry Twittered her new diet regimen.

“changed my diet. i eat 2 hard boiled eggs 4 breakfast,protein shake4lunch&fish&steamed veggies 4 dinner. NO carbs. went from 142lbs to 135!” said Curry on her Twitter page.
Adrianne has also been hitting up the gym a lot working mostly on cardio and adding a few strength training exercises too. The diet that Adrianne is following is actually pretty simple, and you can do the same too. All you need is a basic understanding of what’s healthy for you and what isn’t.
Copy her diet by eating a hardboiled egg for breakfast with a full grapefruit (which is a great fat burner). Have a protein shake or a salad for lunch, and steamed veggies with lean meat or fish. Make sure all of these are portion controlled and that you have a few snacks in between such as an apple!
