Former America’s Next Top Model winner Adrienne Curry is always smoking hot but she works hard at it too. Aside from dieting and exercising all the time, Adrienne still feels like she’s got something else to work on: her butt. See what Adrienne did to get her butt in shape in an exclusive interview!
“I want my butt to be perkier – the dress I’m wearing is very tight.”said Curry when she was preparing for her wedding.
“The tighter it gets, the more it will flatten out my ass, so I need buns of steel.” Her plan of action? “I know I can get there through cardio and tons and tons of squats and lunges, explains Curry, who does a lower-body workout every other day.
“And I’ve been doing them with weights. If it doesn’t freakin’ hurt, it doesn’t freakin’ work! Doing squats and lunges with weights is obviously a good thing, but skip the ‘if does not hurt, it does not work’ part.
Adrienne also owes her successful figure to the Zone Diet which is absolutely amazing (that’s why hundreds of celebs use it!)
