Adrienne’s Exercise Routine
Adrienne works out 5 days a week alternating between cardio exercises such as the treadmill and/or StairMaster as well as strength training exercises, and firming exercises to keep her body balanced, healthy and thin. And of course, Adrienne says that one of her most powerful diet secrets is drinking plenty of water and never let your body get dehydrated.
