Alicia is currently on a new diet called the Food Combining Diet. This diet, although not new (just new for Alicia!), is an excellent die that teaches you healthing eating habits and puts you on the right track to losing weight and keeping it off.
The premise of the Food Combining Diet is that certain foods should be eaten together, while other foods should be eaten separately, or at a different time, as each food group requires different digestion times.
Alicia is also hard at work in the gym with her personal trainer working on her abs and thighs mostly. Alicia and her trainer do a lot of toning exercises as well as cardio. Follow Alicia’s diet by going on the Food Combining Diet and getting in the gym 4-5 times a week.
