Since losing 20 pounds for her new role in an upcoming movie, Angeline Jolie has decided to go back to her healthy ways and start dieting and exercising the proper, healthy weight. Previously, Angelina had lost 20 pounds with the Martha’s Vineyard Detox Diet, which is a fast diet that will basically help you lose weight temporarily. Since going back to her healthy eating habits, Angelina has switched to the Blood Type Diet. The Blood Type Diet is a very popular diet used among a lot of celebrities, as well as thousands of people around the world who believe that you really are what you eat. The Blood Type Diet got popular when the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D’Adamo came out. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type.
Therefore, Angelina is hard at work to stick with this diet and eat the foods that are alloted to her blood type. This is an excellent diet as it pertains specifically to your blood type, so you only eat the foods that react well with your blood.
