Anna Faris is apparently working on a new movie, and although we don’t know what it is, we do know that she’s been hard in training to get a super toned body. Anna was seen going in and out of the gym a few times a day, almost every day of the week. So what does her trainer have her do?

We’re thinking maybe she’s gearing up for a superhero movie, but whatever reason she’s doing it for, she’s starting to look great already. Anna’s trainer has her working hard almost every single day of the week, concentrating as much as possible on tonning exercises.

Anna has also been put on a different diet to make sure she maintains her muscle and doesn’t stray from her program. Currently Anna is on the Low Carbohydrate Diet, which is very similar to the Atkins Diet.

The Low Carbohydrate Diet is comprised of meats, cheeses, fats, and leafy green vegetables. The point is to keep carbs to a minimum. This diet prohibits the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables. Many people swear by the Low Carbohydrate Diet as a lifestyle since you not only lose a lot of weight, but it also helps you keep your figure.

The Low Carbohydrate Diet is an excellent diet since followers are allowed to eat as much as they want of the allowed foods. Hundreds of celebrities follow this diet religiously and they include Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Stacey Keibler and LL Cool J.
