Anne Hathaway’s Diet Secrets
There’s no question Anne Hathaway has a great body and it’s all thanks to healthy eating, hard work, and determination. Anne’s fitness trainer, David Kirsch, who is also the author of the famous 5-Factor Diet, has teamed up with MSN.com to give away his secrets on how he gets Anne in shape. The program is called Summer Body Shape-Up Series which features weekly online workouts that get women bikin-ready for the summer. David explains how to get Anne Hathaway’s strong arms:

“We use 3-lb. dumbbells and you can do crossovers, jumping jacks, push-ups. A circuit of all of those and it’s beautiful for toned arms,” Kirsch explains. “Do that circuit repeatedly for three or four sets for 10 minutes a few times a week and you’re good to go.”
Aside from following David Kirsch’s plan, Anne also eats a healthy diet of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, and lean meats. She also admits to doing a little bit of yoga on the side and hiking and jogging whenever she has the time.
