Beyonce’s Diet and Exercise Routine
Singer and actress Beyonce has proved to everyone out there that being super thin is just not in. She is a great role model not only for little girls, but for women of all ages. Beyonce doesn’t starve herself, but rather, she works more on improving her assets. So how can you get a body like Beyonce’s?

Beyonce loves all of her curves, and so should you! Embrace your thick thighs, because they’re sexy! And the same goes for your hips. Although Beyonce works on toning her thighs, she focuses more on flattening her abs. That’s one thing that’s still not considered sexy: a tummy pouch! But that’s ok, because there are ways you can flatten your stomach in just a matter of weeks.
Beyonce follows a health diet of low carbs…pretty much like the Low Carbohydrate Diet. This means you must watch your intake of pastas, breads, etc…anything that is rich in carbohydrates must be consumed minimally.
She also works out 5 days a week, alternating between toning and strength training. Twice a week, she’ll also work on cardio, but just her dance routines and videos alone give her more cardio exercise than anything.
