Blake Lively Doesn’t Do Diets?!?
As hard as it may be to believe, Gossip Girl Blake Lively aka Serena van der Woodsen admits to not having the willpower to follow a diet very long, therefore she doesn’t diet at all! We’re a little confused here, since she manages to pull off some very tight and short dresses in which she looks just like a model! So how can Blake look so good and not even diet?

“I do panic before I have to wear a really skimpy outfit, but I don’t have enough willpower,” said Blake in an interview when asked how she could wear those outfits and still eat whatever she wanted.
“I had to do a scene in a bra and shorts for the first time in two years,” she continues. “On the day of the shoot, I ate a pork burrito, chips and coke. Afterwards, I thought, ‘I probably shouldn’t have done that.’ But whatever.’”
Ok, so maybe Blake doesn’t eat the healthiest foods, but at least she must exercise, right? Wrong?
“I have never worked out, but I know you feel better when you do,” she says, “so I am planning on getting a trainer.”
We think it’s a good idea for Blake to get a trainer because even though she has a perfect body now, she’s only 21, but time will catch up and so will her metabolism. As you get older, your metabolism slows down which means that anything you eat sticks on you like butter, so it’s best to start incorporating exercise into your everyday routine as soon as possible.
