Blake Lively on New Diet

Blake Lively is one of our favorite Gossip Girls because she’s so smart, pretty, and well…we envy her a lot for her amazing figure! Althuogh Blake has claimed in the past that she does not diet, she is getting to that point where she is realizing that she needs to change her eating habits and so she has decided to switch up her diets.

So what kind of diet is Blake on right now? Her personal trainer advised her to go on the South Beach Diet which is a very popular diet used among celebrities and regular people alike. This diet was invented by Dr. Arthur Agatston to help people change their lifestyles for the better. The South Beach Diet focuses on eliminating bad carbs and fats and only letting the healthy ones through. In this diet, there are a total of 3 phases which must be followed.

Blake is currently in the first phase of the diet where dieters eliminate high-glycemic carbs such as dairy, bread, sugar, potatoes, candy, fruit, cereals and grain.

As for working out, although Blake doesn’t have a lot of time, she still tries to incorporate as much exercise as possible into her routine.
