Blake Lively Tones Up

What’s wrong with this title? Does Blake Lively really need to tone up? We think not but she is planning on shedding a tiny bit of weight and gaining some muscle for the new season of Gossip Girl. So how does she plan on doing it?

Blake’s Exercise Routine

Blake love running and she tries to do a few miles every single morning. On top of that she’s very athletic and plays a lot of sports. Blake’s been hitting the gym and doing tons of squats, abs and lunges.  She’s also been starting on yoga and pilates and says that she loves what it does not only to her body but her mind and soul as well.

Blake’s Diet

Blake’s been on a number of different diets, including the Acai Berry Diet as well as the Zone Diet but now she says she’s got a new trick up her sleeve with the cabbage soup diet which you’ve probably heard of before. The cabbage soup diet is a diet where you only eat cabbage soup for 7 days and drink plenty of water. It’s a great diet because it’s healthy and the cabbage actually burns off the fat, but shouldn’t be done for more than 7 days at a time.
