Everyone’s favorite Gossip Girl, Blake Lively, knows how to stay in shape and lead a healhy lifestyle. She’s a big advocate for eating healthy and staying in shape so we searched to find what exactly is her diet and exercise routine. Keep reading to find out!

Blake Lively Diet and Exercise Routine

Blake Lively used to be on the Zone Diet but now she’s switched to something a little more easier to follow – the Low Carbohydrate Diet, which is actually very similar to the Atkins Diet. Blake also wanted to go on this diet for the simple reason that she wanted to cut out as many carbs from her diet as possible. With the Low Carbohydrate Diet, she can do just that, since the diet only allows good carbs.

As for exercise, Blake loves working out. She attends the gym at least 4 times a week and does a number of different exercises. She is an avid fan of yoga and pilates, as most celebs are, and she also does a lot of toning and strength training exercises.
