Britney Spears’ Amazing New Body – How Did She Do it?
If you saw Britney Spears walking around a year ago, you would have though she was pregnant with all the flab that was hanging out. But now Britney has completely changed herself, actually looking trimmer than she ever did. The mother of 2 stunned guests at a Los Angeles hotel when she walked around the pool area sporting a 50s bikini and a pair of red hot heels.

One employee at the Ritz Carlton even said:
“You wouldn’t have recognised her from what she used to look like in 2008. It was like the Britney of old, before everything went wrong and her life turned upside down.”
So what in the world did Britney do to get in such amazing shape in such a short amount of time? Well at least 3 hours of dancing on a daily basis will usually do that to you. Britney has been dancing every single day, 7 days a week for at least 3-4 hours, followed by some heavy strength-training and cardio at the gym accompanied by a very healthy diet.
Britney has also been rumored to be on the Raw Food Diet which is a diet completely comprised of consuming raw, uncooked foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Followers of this diet eat raw foods either by soaking nuts, blending juices, and cooking with a dehydrator which blows hot air through the food but never reaches a temperature higher than 116F.
A source close to Britney added: “She is back in a good place now and it is such a relief to see her feeling and looking good again.”
