According to close sources of Britney’s, the songstress has been on a new diet called the Raw Food Diet. In this diet, it is recommended that all foods are eaten raw including fruits and vegetables. Of course there is no consumption of meat, so Britney will be feasting on all sorts of raw food such as fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, etc.
This is an excellent diet since it teaches you how to make better food choices and cuts out the fats and calories that are found in cooked foods.
Britney is also hard at work in the gym with her personal trainer. She goes about 5 times a week where her trainer works with her on strength training, cardio, toning exercises and yoga.
