Brooke Burke’s Diet and Exercise

After winning last night’s Dancing With the Stars along with her partner Derek Hough, Brooke Burke couldn’t be any happier. And with a body like that, who could complain? Of course Dancing With the Stars burned off some serious calories, but Brooke also has a regimen that she sticks to stay in such great shape. So what’s her secret? Keep reading to find out!

Brooke’s Diet

Thankfully, Brooke never really adapted to all those “fad diets” , but she does eat a balanced low-card diet. which includes fish, vegetables, and meat. And like any good low-carb junkie, she avoids white flour, bread, and sugar.

“Sometimes if I’m rushing the kids to school, I’ll make a protein shake with nonfat milk, low-carb protein powder, half a banana and a spoonful of almond butter,” she says. [source: In Touch]

Brooke’s Workout

Aside from Dancing With the Stars, Brooke also does a lot of yoga and pilates to keep her body fit and trim. She also jogs in the mornings and takes weight-training to keep up her muscles.

Either way, Brooke always looks great and we’re very excited that she won!

    OMG.
    I can’t get into the pants I bought last fall. Whatever Brooke does to get into hers, I’m going to do that, too – maybe I’ll be able to get into them too.
