Brooke Hogan Talks Fitness and Health
Brooke Hogan is one of the fittest celebrities out there and it’s no wonder either when your dad is none other than Hulk Hogan! A few months back Brooke sat down and talked to OK! Magazine about her family, her new album, and her weight. Keep reading to find out how Brooke really feels about her body.

OK!: How do you feel about your current weight?
I feel great at this weight, but I’ve started sticking to a diet again. I’m trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli. I want to always look healthy, not anorexic.
OK!: Do you feel comfortable in a bikini?
I do. I love my body. Thick or not, I’m firm. I don’t have cellulite. I’m happy with how I am. People should know, I’m only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It’s not really what you’re supposed to look like in real life.
Well when we read this interview it really made us appreciate Brooke on a different level, since she seemed to agree with us when she said that regular people aren’t supposed to look like that in real life…after all, that’s what celebs are selling – their bodies! But that still doesn’t mean you shouldn’t follow a healthy lifestyle and exercise. To get fit and healthy like Brooke follow a protein-type diet that is based mainly on consuming eggs, meats, and cheeses and exercise on a daily basis, both cardio and weight training.
