Brooke Hogan’s got a little help when it comes to diet and exercise since her dad is Hulk Hogan…you can only imagine. Brooke’s strict diet and exercise are a product of her body today, and I must say I admire her for it. Read on to see what Brooke does to stay in such great shape!
Brooke is currently on the Raw Food Diet which is basically a diet that allows you to eat only raw, unprocessed foods such as nuts, beans, fresh fruit and veggies. Brooke also indulges in some of her favorite snacks as well such as her favorite pasta. The Raw Food Diet is excellent for those wanting to not only lose weight, but also live a healthy lifestyle.
Brooke works out with her dad, so it’s no wonder she’s in such great shape. They work out 6 days a week, mostly in the mornings. In her workout routine, Brooke incorporates 30 minutes of cardio with an hour of weightlifting. To get those super abs, she also does tons of crunches.
