Brooke Hogan has one of the most toned bodies in Hollywood and it’s all thanks to her dad Hulk. Brooke and her dad work out every single day in the morning for at least an hour. But Brooke also leads a healthy lifestyle by eating right and following a good diet.

Currently, Brooke is on the Raw Food Diet since she says she wants to lose an extra 5 pounds. The Raw Food Diet, as gross as it may sound, is actually not that bad! The Raw Food Diet is based on consuming unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which should be uncooked. Brooke follows this diet religiously, as gross as it may sound, but it works really well.
The Raw Food Diet may sound hard to follow, but once you get used to it, it’s actually a very good way to start eating healthy and adopting a healthy lifestyle. For those wanting to lose a significant amount of weight, the Raw Food Diet is an excellent way to do it.
As for exercising, Brooke still keeps a rigurous exercise routine alongside her dad. Together, they do a lot of strength training and tonning exercises.
