Brooke Shields: Fabulous at 40
Brooke Shields has one of those bodies that just makes you green with envy, especially since she’s in her 40s! But Brooke knows that to have a great shape at that age, you need to work very hard and be very health conscious. So how does Brooke stay fit and fabulous at 40? Her personal trainer, fitness guru, Karen Voight explains.Brooke just recently signed a deal to star in Karen’s at-home fitness program.
“Brooke has a strong body and great technique, but finds stretching a little harder and time-consuming,” Karen says.
“She likes aerobics and weight training, so I make sure we do a lot of stretches while lifting weights, which combines them and is time-effective. We do full-range squats and arm exercises, too.”
Brooke also stays healthy by going on the Zone Diet which helps her balance her intake perfectly. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). The Zone Diet is perfect for anyone, as well as entire families, since it is very healthy and it concentrates on distributing the elements your body needs most.

I only just started keeping a blog as well but I’m not extremelyproficient at it yet. Would love to look at more of your site and I’ll unquestionably revisit again!
