Brooke Shields on her New Diet

According to some close friends of Brooke’s, the diet she has most recently been on is the Master Cleanse Diet. This diet is also called the Lemonade Diet and it is a type of detoxification of the body that is done over a period of 10 to 45 days (depending on how long you can keep it up and/or how much weight you wish to lose).

The Master Cleanse Diet consists of drinking a concoction of freshly squeezed lemon juice, grade B maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and filtered water that is free of fluoride. During this time, you are only allowed to drink this concoction and nothing else besides water. There is no consumption of anything else and this is because it is important that the body gets detoxified during this time.

Brooke expressed that she wanted to lose 10-15 lbs and with the Master Cleanse Diet, she’ll be able to do this easily and safely.
