Cameron Diaz NOT on a Diet?

Cameron Diaz is the envy of every woman and the desire of every man. And I mean come on, look at her, she’s got the body of a goddess and I hate her! Anyways, I found out that Cameron isn’t really on a particular diet (what!?!?) so I was curious then as so what exactly she does to get that smokin body. Keep reading to find out!

Cameron stopped eating pork alltogether when she found out they had the same mental capacity as a 3-year-old.

“But I started eating pork again, because it’s so goddamned good? she says with a smile as wide as a freeway. Food is one of my biggest pleasures. I love to eat. I love to cook. I love to feed people.?

Cameron follows no particular diet plan, other than eating what she craves in moderation and never, ever skipping breakfast.

“My body functions best when I eat consistently. I pretty much eat the same thing every day for week at a time.?

In facts, she recently ate the same breakfast every day for months: garlic rice with broccoli, eggs, lemon and either chicken or beef.

“I started making it when I’d go surfing, because I could go out for four hours and not get hungry and have the energy I needed.

“And by the way, people would come over for breakfast all the time. It’s the best breakfast in the world!”

Ok so maybe she’s got the greatest metabolism in the world and if so, good for her! Just think if we were all so lucky…
