If there is one Hollywood celeb that’s got an amazing body that you’re totally envious of, it’s Carmen Electra. This model/actress and also ex-dancer knows how to whip her body into shape and keep it that way. Keep reading to find out what Carmen does to stay so fit.

First off, Carmen loves dancing so it’s no wonder that she incorporates that into her daily exercise routine. She even has her own workout videos out which teaches women how to pull off sensual dances while having fun and getting fit. Aside from dancing, Carmen also does a lot of cardio on the treadmill, uses the stairmaster, and does strength training 3 times a week. This combination of lots of cardio and strength training is what gives Carmen the body that she has today.

But you can’t just exercise, you also have to eat right! And Carmen is all about being healthy and choosing the right foods. Currently, she is on the Macrobiotic Diet which is basically an approach to eating foods that are less processed and require a more traditional method of cooking. This diet consists of  whole grains and a variety of cooked and raw vegetables. The Macrobiotic Diet is comprised of 25-30% whole grains, 30-40% vegetables, 5-10% beans, 5% miso soup, and 5-10% naturally processed foods.
