Diet
Carmen Electra eats a lot of lean protein foods such as chicken, sushi and veggies. She uses a low carb diet and low fat combination. She is known to be a Coca Cola addict and drinks 6-10 cans a day, so she still makes room for a little sugar buzz.
Exercise
