Catherine Zeta Jones has one of the best bodies in Hollywood and with a beautiful family in tow, you would think she doesn’t have a lot of time to keep up with her diet and fitness. Catherine’s Fitness

Catherine works out regulary at the gym and she also spends quite a lot of time on the golf course with her husband Michael Douglas:

‘It clears my mind and I’m not thinking about anything except that little white ball.’

She also jogs in the morning and goes hiking whenever she gets the time.

Catherine’s Diet

Catherine eats a sensible diet, and from time to time she’ll hop on a diet to lose a few pounds for a film role. Recently, she’s been on the Low Carobohydrate Diet which is very similar to the Atkins Diet. The Low Carbohydrate Diet is comprised of meats, cheeses, fats, and leafy green vegetables. The point is to keep carbs to a minimum. This diet prohibits the consumption of sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables. Many people swear by the Low Carbohydrate Diet as a lifestyle since you not only lose a lot of weight, but it also helps you keep your figure.
