I have always admired Catherine Zeta Jones, not only for her acting skills, but for the classiness she brings to Hollywood. She’s always had such a regal stance and everytime I look at her I see beauty in its purest form as well as a lot of class. But how does Catherine look so great all the time, especially given her age? Here’s what you need to know!
Catherine says she bounces back into shape by eating sensible foods and working out. And unlike a lot of stars out there today, she doesn’t follow insane ‘quick fix’ diets.
“My muscles have memory from the time I danced, and it’s quick for me to get back in shape, but I’m not fanatical. I grew up with dancers, anorexia and other disorders were common, so I learned how to deal with diets without losing my limit,” says Catherine.
“I think it’s awful, this competition in the US between actresses who just had a baby, to see who’s first to get back to their normal weight.
