Charlize isn’t on any specific diet, but the foods that she eats are very comparable to the Zone Diet which hundreds of other celebs are on. The objective with the Zone Diet is to maintain a hormonal balance by eating specifically prepared meals. The food plan consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%).
Charlize, 32, said: “I’m careful to eat a healthy balance of foods, but I eat six small meals a day.
“If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I’ll eat a quarter of one.”
She told Britain’s Elle magazine: “I love to be active, especially outdoors. My favourite workouts are cycling, kayaking and walking.”
