Diet

Charlize loves her red meat and her breakfast, which actually consists of steak and eggs! She follow a low-carb diet and eats little meals all throghout the day. After she finished filming the movie “Monster”, Charlize stopped drinking and smoking, and ate two little meals a day plus exercise to get her weight back to normal.

Exercise

Charlize studied ballet for years, and still enjoys dancing which she includes in her exercise routine. She also joggs, takes yoga and ice skates.

“I have always been very athletic. I studied ballet for years, but I used to sneak out to do ice-skating, squash, running – everything. I still love exercise and dance. I love red meat. Barbecue is a big part of my life. For breakfast, it’s steak and eggs. But I will not mix sugar and salt, like the American breakfast of pancakes, eggs and bacon. That’s gross.”
