Christina Aguilera Diet and Exercise Routine
We’re all wondering what Christina Aguilera does to look so amazing, especially after just giving birth to her first baby. She’s got amazing curves in all the right places, so what’s her secret? Keep reading to find out!

Christina works with a personal trainer about 6 times a week in the gym who also makes up her diet menu. Currently, her trainer has her on the Blood Type Diet which is a diet based on consuming foods that pertain to the dieters blood type. For each blood type, there are lists of foods that can be consumed and foods that should not be consumed. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type.
We’re not sure what blood type Christina has, but we’re certain that whatever she’s doing, it’s working. Her trainer has her working hard in the gym doing about 45 minutes of uphill walking/running, combined with strength training and toning exercises.
If you want to follow Christina’s diet, find out what your blood type is and look in the list to see which foods you should be eating and which foods you shouldn’t. Also, get in the gym as often as possible. Start off with 3 days a week and eventually go up to 5 days after your muscles have warmed up a little.
