Christina Aguilera Talks Diet and Healthy Choices
Christina Aguilera has transformed from a teen pop-idol to a mature, voluptuous mom, who now worries more about her family than her career or her body…therefore she doesn’t have as much time to eat healthy and exercise. Although this mom is a self-proclaimed junk-food addict, she still exercises at least 5 times a week.

“I make healthy choices when I can, because it’s very important for me to have moments where I can let go, have a great dinner and not care so much about the carbs. I work out five days a week – and I hate working out in the moment, I truly do. But the aftermath is so great, and it helps you feel good – not only physically, but mentally.”
Christina has a personal trainer with which she trains 5 times a week, getting herself prepped for her shows and dance routines. They do about 45 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training, reps and tonning, and yoga. Although Christina now has a family to take care of, she tries as hard as she can do eat healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle.
Previously, Christina followed a sort of unconventional diet where each meal contained each of the following food textures: crunch, hot, soft, and cold. According to friends and family, Christina is still following this diet.
