Christina Aguilera is a new mom and after giving birth, she lost a whole bunch of weight and now she’s trying hard to keep it off. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to lose weight after a baby and it’s even harder to keep it off. So what’s Christina’s new diet like now? Christina’s Diet

Christina worked hard to shed off the 40 pounds after giving birth and she’s managed to pull it off. Now, Christina has decided to go on a diet that she can follow a little easier and one that’ll help her keep the weight off. She is currently on the Macrobiotic Diet which  is based on choosing foods that are less processed and more natural, and employing more traditional methods of cooking. Christina likes this diet because it’s easy to follow, and her entire family can be on it as well since it is a very safe and healthy diet.

Christina’s Workout

After giving birth, Christina worked out very hard but now she’s decided to slow it down a little. Christina goes for early morning jogs after which she does a little strength training and throws in a half hour of yoga/pilates. If you want to follow Christina’s diet, just follow the very easy and very healthy Marcobiotic Diet and work out for 45 minutes six days a week.
