Christina Ricci’s Diet and Exercise Routine
Christina Ricci has been in the movie industry for a long time, although not a lot of people know that. I’ve followed her work since she was a little girl (totally obsessed with the movie “Now and Then”) and I’m glad that she’s still doing movies and she looks great too! So what’s her secret?
Christina’s Diet
Christina uses portion control to keep in shape. For the movie “Black Sneak Moan” which she co-starred in with Samuel L. Jackson, she ate only foods that had no nutritional value in them so she could get that gaunt, unhealthy look.
“Someone mentioned something about her (Christina’s character in Black Snake Moan) looking like she’s only been fed sugar her whole life, so I started to eat only sugar, basically nothing with nutritional value and it kind of worked because I look really unhealthy in the movie.”
Christina’s Workout
Christina likes to jog as much as she can in her free time. She also does a lot of abs, lunges and yoga/pilates. When she doesn’t have time, she makes sure she cuts down on her calorie and carb intake.
