Christina Ricci’s New Diet
Christina Ricci knows a thing or two about diets because she always seems to be in such great shape. When filming the movie “Black Snake Moan” with Samuel L. Jackson, she actually had to go on an all sugar diet where she ate only sugar to get that “sickly, skeletor” look. But don’t worry, Christina’s back to her normal, healthy weight now and she’s on a great diet too. So how did she get back to rocking a toned body?
Christina went on the Low Carbohydrate Diet which is very similar to the Atkins Diet, although a strict two-week induction period is not always followed. The Low Carbohydrate Diet is not as strict as the Atkins Diet, although it does focus mainly on eating as low-carb as possible. Christina maintained this diet for a long time and now she’s back to her old self, looking simply amazing.
She also works out 5 times a week, incorporating yoga, pilates, strength-training and some treadmill time as well. She loves outdoors activities such as rock climbing and biking.
