Ever wonder how “Friends” girl Courteney Cox looks so good at just 5’5? She says her secret is knowing what to eat and when to eat it.

“I know what to eat and I know how to eat. If I eat pasta for dinner, I gain weight, if I eat protein, I lose weight. Everyone says I am too thin. I just have a fast metabolism.”

Courteney’s Diet

Courteney Cox switches between diets depending on what she’s involved in at the time. One of her favorite diets is the Carbohydrates Addict Diet as well as the Fat Flush Diet. Both these diets are excellent for Cox since she DOES have a fast metabolism, the carbs don’t really get to her like they do to the rest of us and the Fat Flush is great for cleaning out her system and flushing out her toxins.

Courteney’s Exercise

Courteney’s a busy lady especially with her little one running around all the time, but she keeps exercise in mind as well. Aside from going on long walks, biking and roller blading, Courteney also hits the gym 3-4 times a week, doing 45 minutes on the treadmill as well as free weights.
