Courteney Cox’s Diet and Exercise

Courteney Cox has always looked amazing and has always kept herself in shape. This 5’5 former Friends actress says that she knows exactly what to eat and what not to eat to keep in shape. Keep reading to find out what Courteney does to stay in such great shape.
Courteney has been on lots of different diets including the Blood Type Diet and the Atkins Diet. Since 2005 though, Courteney has switched to the Carbohydrate’s Addict Diet which restricts the consumption of carbs during breakfast and lunch but allows it during dinner.
Carbohydrate Addict’s Diet Example Menu
Breakfast
- Scrambled eggs made with 2 eggs, splash of milk plus two strips of lean bacon or small serving of cheese.
- Pancakes (made with egg whites but not yolks) filled with 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese and served with sour cream.
- Three thin slices of salami or sausage served with a scrambled egg.
Lunch
- Grilled Salmon and herbs, served with steamed vegetables.
- Baked chicken with sage and parmesan cheese.
- Grilled steak with sauteed onion, garlic, mushrooms and red peppers, served with a green salad or veggies.
Dinner
- For a dinner roast lamb with roast potatoes and mixed veggies, and eat some fruit as a dessert.
Beverages
