Demi Moore does a lot of work to stay in such great shape at her age, and we’re all dying to know what her secrets are so we found out how Demi stays in shape and how she diets too.
Demi Moore is currently on the David Kirsch Diet which is a diet founded by David Kirsch. David’s workout programs involve cardio, a lot on lunges, squats, and resistance exercises using light weights, (5 lbs is the heaviest) and doing high repetitions. For his diet he has a philosophy he calls the “ABCDEF” diet, which is a acronym for the foods that you should avoid while on this diet – alcohol, bread, starchy carbs, dairy, extra sweets, fruits, and most fats.
Demi keeps up with the David Kirsch Diet and so far, from what we can see at least, it has worked wonderfully for her. Demi also follows the Kirsch exercise routine which involves a ton of squats, lunges and cardio to help keep the body toned, healthy and at its perfect weight.
