Ever since we’ve seen Demi on the silver screen, she’s always had an amazing body and we know that she works hard for it too. So is this all thanks to her Raw Food Diet?

According to Demi, the Raw Food Diet is what makes her feel so healthy, energetic, and fit. Demi started the Raw Food Time some time ago, and she says it’s one of the healthiest diets you can go on. The Raw Food Diet is comprised of eating mainly raw foods, such as fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds, and never cooking above 116F. Anything that needs to be cooked is done so with a dehydrator which blows hot air through the food.
This diet is great for not only helping you lose weight, but also cleanse out your system. Compared to many other diets, this one is very simply to follow and natural. It also doesn’t require that you starve yourself, but just change your eating patterns as a whole.
Since Demi has followed this diet, friends have said that she is more in shape than she ever was and she’s gained a lot of energy too. But of course aside from just following the Raw Food Diet, she also exercises 5 times a week, alternating between cardio, strength training, and yoga exercises, all which were made up for her by her trainer.
