The Blood Type Diet got popular when the book Eat Right 4 Your Type by Peter D’Adamo came out. The premise of the Blood Type Diet is that the lectins in foods react differently with each blood type.
This diet has been rumored to be one of the best diets out there since the foods match your exact blood type. It is said that those that follow this diet get a much better and healthier food intake as they consume only what the body needs.
Demi is hard at work following this diet but she also incorporates lots of exercise into her routine as well. Demi is currently working out about 5 days a week, with lots of cardio, strength training and toning exercises.
