Elizabeth mainly uses portion control to keep in shape. While her Hollywood friends sweat it out at the gym for hours, Elizabeth isn’t really into that. Rather, she watches what she eats. Usually, she’ll have a small portion of lean meats such as fish or chicken, with a small portion of wild rice and vegetables.  Elizabeth is also a huge fan of watercress soup and she’ll have 5-6 cups a day when she feels she needs to loose a few pounds.

After her pregnancy, Elizabeth went on the Neanderthin Diet to slim down fast. This diet consists of only one meal a day with a balance of protein, carbs and vegetables in the evening. This is the perfect diet for anyone wishing to loose a few pounds fast.
