Everybody’s favorite talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres is apparently going on a new diet which will help her learn to eat healthier and also lead a healthy lifestyle. Apparently, Portia DeRossi will also be joining her on this diet – it’s a new beginning after all!

Ellen and her better-half Portia are currently starting on the 5-Factor Diet. This is a very popular diet amongst celebrities since everything is planned out for you, including the exercise. Therefore, it’s the perfect diet for those that don’t necessarily have time to count calories and prepare meals. The 5-Factor Diet is a diet and fitness program that gets you to stop counting calories, carbs, food measuring as well as time consuming exercises. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
