Ellen DeGeneres on Vegan Diet
For some reason, Ellen DeGeneres never looked like a vegan dieter to me, but apparently she’s on a new diet that’s got her eating plenty of fruits and veggies, but no meats or cheeses of any kind. So what is she up to exactly?

For one reason or another, Ellen has decided to take a different approach to food, and figured that the Raw Food Diet would be her best bet. The Raw Food Diet is based on consuming unprocessed, preferably organic, whole plant-based foods, at least 75 per cent of which should be uncooked. On this diet, you are only allowed to eat raw foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and beans.
Although this diet may take some getting used to, Ellen is absolutely committed to it. This is a great diet for anyone not only wishing to lose weight, but also change their lifestyle and the way they look at food. Apart, from this Ellen also attends the gym 3-4 times a week working mostly on cardio and strength traning.
