Eva Longoria Works Her Butt Off

Don’t you always think : “How does hell does Eva Longoria have that kind of a body at her age?” Love her or hate her you gotta admit she’s in top notch shape and it’s no wonder either since she used to be an aerobics instructor and she also has a degree in Kinesiology. So what does she do to look so amazing?

Eva warms up for 10 minutes on the bike or the treadmill and then focuses on strength training.

“Each session we do between 25 and 30 total-body exercises–lunges with torso twists and one-legged squats with clean and press, for example–with 30- to 45-second rests in between,” says Eva.

“With all the lunges, squats and leg presses I’ve done in the last two months, I think I’ve gained an inch of muscle in my butt.”

Eva says she eats lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and has admitted to being on the Mediterranean Diet. This diet was perfect for her because it incorporated all of the foods she loved but unfortunately she couldn’t have pizza (her favorite food) so she just gave it up!
