Eva Longoria is known for her amazing physique, and although she is only 5’2, she knows exactly what to do to keep herself in shape. Amazingly, Eva used to be an aerobics instructor so she knows her stuff! Find out how you can get Eva’s body!

To keep her energy up at the gym, Eva likes to stack up on proteins in the morning such as eggs and fiber and lots and lots of fruits. She also eats lean meats, vegetables and whole grains. Eva says she doesn’t really like fast-foods, so the temptation isn’t really there but she does allow herself to have little snacks here and there such as pizza and cookies. As for staying slim, Eva likes to use portion-control to keep herself in shape and also has a favorite snack which is lemon slices on cucumbers.

Eva doesn’t push herself too much when it comes to working out and she does so only 3 times a week, about an hour each session. She does strength training, kickboxing and weight training. She warms up on a bike or treadmill for about 10 minutes, after which she does crunches, lunges, leg presses and squats. She also incorporates yoga into her routine.

Eva’s super secret? She swears by the appetite supresssant Hoodia.
