Fergie tries to eat as healthy as possible. She avoids fatty meats such as lamb and eats lots of lean meats instead. She also loves salads and yougurt but once in a while she’ll splurge on a hamburger. Fergie has also been on the David Kirsch Diet which is the achievement of balance of mind, body & spirit.
Fergie’s Exercise Routine
Fergie works out religiously, about 6 times a week, even when she’s on tour! To get those buns of steel and no cellulite, Fergie does the Stairmaster for about 45-60 minutes and lots of uphill cardio.
