We haven’t ever seen Gwen Stefani look bad, or even a little chubby, even after giving birth! So what’s her secret to keeping so fit?

According to Gwen, she just exercises… A LOT! Aside from trying to eat as healthy as possible, Gwen also works out at least 5 times a week, working on cardio, strength training, and doing tons and tons of reps.

To get a rock hard body like Gwen’s, make sure you eat plenty of fruits and veggies throughout the day. Incorporate omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon and eggs into your diet, and try to stay away from too many carbs. Instead of choosing white bread, choose whole wheat, and so on.

Whenever Gwen does stray away from her usual diet, she hits the gym as soon as possible to burn off those carbs. It may seem like a lot of work, but once you start on it, your body will quickly get used to it and you’ll be in the best shape of your life in no time!
