First off, Gwyneth admitted that she hates dieting, but she tries to eat as healthy as possible,  without starving herself. She is recently on the Zone Diet which consists of a balanced ratio of carbohydrates (40%), fat (30%) and proteins (30%). This is an excellent diet for anyone wishing to eat healthy meals as well as losing weight without starving yourself. What’s even better is that your entire family can safely follow this diet without any repercussions.
