Gwyneth Paltrow’s Three Week Diet Cleanse
Gwyneth Paltrow will be starring in the second installation of Iron Man, but with that, comes a price. Gwyneth was asked to lose a few extra pounds for the role (we’re not really sure why, since she’s already stick thin anyways), but she succeeded in losing weight in just three weeks with a detox cleanse diet.

“I feel pure and happy and much lighter (I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious “relax and enjoy life phase” about a month ago),” she wrote to subscribers of her GOOP newsletter.
The cleanse was developed by Gwyneth’s doctor and detox diet specialist, Dr Alejandro Junger and was designed especially for her. The cleanse consists of two liquid meals and one solid one each day. The solid meal cannot be comprised of any sugar, processed foods, or dairy.
Apparently, Gwyneth is no stranger to detox diets since she followed the Master Cleanse Diet last year successfully. But this cleanse seems to be working for her as well.
“I followed it to the letter and I can report that it worked wonders,” she wrote.
