Halle Berry is on the Fat Flush Diet
With roles like Catwoman and Monster’s Ball, Halle has to be in the best shape of her life. But let’s not forget that Halle has always been in amazing shape. So how does she get such a hot body?

Halle sticks to a very healthy diet and says:
“I’m not obsessive, like I have to have the best butt or the best abs, but I like feeling strong and healthy.”
Halle was diagnosed with diabetes in 1989 so she has to keep herself fit and healthy by eliminating refined sugars and keeping her carbohydrate intake to a minimum. Halle is rumored to be a fan of the Fat Flush Diet which is an excellent diet for diabetes since it is very low in sugar and carbs, although the this diet is also a form of detoxification.
She says,
“Because I’m diabetic, I totally changed my diet and workout regimen a few years ago. I don’t eat fried foods or refined sugar — only natural sugar in fruit and vegetables. And I don’t eat carbs a lot.”

10 minutes on the cross-trainer
20 squats — with your feet slightly turned out and back straight, bend your knees and lower your body towards the ground. Hold this position for five seconds.

Veggie scramble (two scrambled eggs, spinach, green peppers, spring onions and parsley)

A fruit smoothie (fresh berries, peaches, whey powder and diluted cranberry juice)
Lunch
A large tomato stuffed with tuna and celery
