A lot of celebrities adapt a diet and stick to it for a long time. Why, you ask? Simply because it works! Same goes for Halle Berry who’s been on the 5-Factor Diet for a few years now. So is Halle still keeping up with her diet?

Halle is successfully following her 5-Factor Diet with much discipline. The 5-Factor Diet is a diet and fitness program that gets you to stop counting calories, carbs, food measuring as well as time consuming exercises. The plan is made up of five, 25-minute workouts per week, all of which can be done using a dumbbell and a bench. The 5-Factor Diet also consists of eating 5 healthy meals per day.
As for her exercise routine, Halle is clearly doing one hell of a job, just by looking at her sculpted body. She works a lot on toning her legs and butt, as well as her arms. Although Halle doesn’t have a six-pack just yet, she’s working hard – but we think she looks great the way she is! Keep up the good work!
