Hilary Swank on the Low Carb Diet
These days a lot of celebrities use diets and lots of exercise to look their best, especially since they’re always in the spotlight. Hilary Swank is one of those celebrities that works extra hard at keeping her body toned and healthy because at her age, the metabolism keeps slowing down so you need to always keep working at it.

Hilary Swank is currently on the Low Carbohydrate Diet which is basically a diet that encourages the low consumption of carbs and unhealthy fats. This diet is very similar to the Atkins Diet, although a strict 2-week induction is not always necessary. The point of the Low Carbohydrate Diet is to reduce carbohydrate consumption as much as possible. Generally, it is recommended that the dieter take anywhere from 20-30 net grams of carbs per day, which Hilary follows.
Aside from sticking to the Low Carbohydrate Diet, Hilary also works hard in the gym. Alongside her personal trainer, Hilary does about 45 min of cardio per day, 20 minutes of strength training as well as toning exercises and some yoga.
