Comedienne Anna Faris knows a thing or two about working out, dieting and staying fit. For her lead role in the movie “House Bunny” in which she played a Playboy Bunny, Anna had to lose 10 pounds and be in the best shape of her life. Anna said she didn’t really like the whole dieting and exercise thing, but after seeing the results, she also said she could never go back to the way she was. So what is she doing now?

Anna Faris has switched up her diets and she is now on the Mediterranean Diet simply for the fact that she actually loves Mediterranean-inspired foods. The Mediterranean Diet is a diet that is based on the countries that surround the Mediterranean area. These countries mainly include Greece and Southern Italy.
The diet consists of:

- Healthy fats such as olive oil and canola oil
- Eating small portions of nuts
- Drinking red wine, in moderation
- Consuming very little red meat
- Eating fish on a regular basis

- Olives
- Breads
This is an excellent diet for anyone because is includes fish which is necessary for good health.It’s not dangerous by any means and it doesn’t involve any crazy meals. This is a simple diet designed to let you eat some of your favorite foods, while still losing/maintaining your weight.
